Deeply rooted in our home state of Puebla, our Taco al Pastor honors the 1920s fusion of Lebanese vertical-roasting techniques with traditional Mexican flavors. Known as the "shepherd’s style" taco, our version features citrus-marinated pork carved directly from the trompo and served with the classic pairing of fresh pineapple, onion, and cilantro.

*Carnitas Taco

Our Carnitas Taco is a tribute to the time-honored tradition of slow-cooking tender pork in its own juices until it achieves a perfect balance of succulent meat and crispy, golden edges. Each taco is served on a warm corn tortilla and finished with a bright garnish of fresh white onion and cilantro for a simple, authentic finish.
